Q: What is the after-sales policy about CooSpo cadence/speed sensor? A: CooSpo will offer 12 months after-sales for the sensors, we will provide free return and replacement service within one year, but do not include man-made damage. Please feel free to find CooSpo for more support.

Q: About the cadence/speed tracking function? A: BK467 is a single-mode sensor, it can't support tracking speed and cadence at the same time. If you want to monitor both your speed and cadence, please get the B0936PWZ7J sensor, or two separate sensors.

Q: Are there free apps compatible with CooSpo bike sensors? A: Recommended apps: Rouvy, Zwift, Peloton, Wahoo, CooSporide.

Q: If the data is not accurate? A: NOT recommended using BK467 bike sensor on a spinning bike, as the magnetism will interfere with the signal of the sensor and cause inaccurate results.

Q: About the Installation & mode switch? A: CooSpo bike sensor comes with different rubber bands. For speed mode, please switch the sensor to red light and fix it on the bike wheel hub; for cadence mode, please switch the sensor to blue light and fix it on the bike crank. You can switch the sensor mode by resetting the battery.
